Who we are
Your local parish church: we care about everyone, especially in the Links/Invertiel and Seafield areas.
We mean EVERYONE.
We are a “broad church”. Activities, services, weddings, blessings, funerals - NO need to be a church member or Christian.
Age, sex, colour, gender, faith/doubt, shoe size:
It is for EVERYONE, you’re welcome.
Many have found here a new place of belonging, of friendship and caring. Worship is "food for the soul"; we combine the best of new and old, apply God’s Word to today’s challenges. We enjoy laughter and fun but also tears. Christ’s love and grace as shown through the cross guide us. Here every Sunday is for all ages, with big screen visual, involving activities, play-corner and Young Church (after 20 min’s altogether, in different age-groups). Everyone is accepted and welcomed regardless. Find here Christ’s welcome.
For baptisms/ christenings/ blessings and weddings contact the ministers (for funerals your first contact is most often your undertaker).
As a parish church we have roots in and care for community and world. Our ministers’ jobsharing, guests and worship team provide change and renewal. Easter Sunrise service, candle-lit Christmas watchnight service, other specials throughout the year.
Locally, we are relevant through outreach:
youth club, girl's brigade, foodbank, chaplaincy, wednesday kirk cafe for all in the neighbourhood, jigsaw library,... various groups and org's.http://www.linktown.org.uk/

Let no darkness overtake me
Visit, I beseech thee, O Lord, this habitation with thy mercy, and me with thy grace and salvation. Let thy holy angels pitch their tents round about and dwell here, that no illusion of the night may abuse me, the spirits of darkness may not come near to hurt me, no evil or sad accident oppress me; and let the eternal Spirit of the Father dwell in my soul and body, filling every corner of my heart with light and grace. Let no deed of darkness overtake me; and let thy blessing, most blessed God, be upon me for ever, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
