Life Teen is a Catholic Youth Ministry movement led by the Holy Spirit that ministers to high school teens from a completely Catholic perspective. The mission of Life Teen is to create an environment that leads teens into a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and His Church. Reaching out to teens on spiritual, emotional, and social levels, Life Teen responds to their need to be loved and accepted in a day and age where many young people earnestly seek a sense of hope about their future and meaning and direction for their lives. Life Teen’s spirituality can best be understood through our Seven Core Values.

Listen, my friend!
Listen, my friend! Your helplessness is your best prayer. It calls from your heart to the heart of God with greater effect than all your uttered pleas. He hears it from the very moment that you are seized with helplessness, and He becomes actively engaged at once in hearing and answering the prayer of your helplessness.
