Who we are
Founded in 1855, St. Luke's is located near the banks of the Mississippi River on Hwy 61 in historic Hastings, MN. We are 20 miles south of St. Paul, Minnesota; just south of Cottage Grove, MN; and west of Prescott, Wisconsin. We welcome visitors who call ahead, to see our historic building with stained glass windows and many furnishings made in the mid to late 1880s.
St. Luke's responds to God's call to love and serve, inviting all to celebrate life in Christ.
Sundays:
8am Holy Communion (a quiet service - no music) 9am Confmation class - 1st & 3rd Sundays (Sept - May) 9am Choir Rehearsal 10am Holy Communion (with hymns and choir)**our 10am services alternate between traditonal and contemporary styles. Traditional services are Rite II from the Book of Common Prayer. Contemporary services use an altenate liturgy and include more contemporary music.
Wednesdays (Sept - May): God's Family Table
6:00pm - community dinner 6:30pm - Youth Group for grades 6 - 12 6:30pm - Kid's Korner for grades k - 5 6:30pm - get acquainted time for adults 7:00pm - Choir

Father, I want to know Thee, but my coward heart fears to give up its toys. I cannot part with them without inward bleeding, and I do not try to hide from Thee the terror of the parting.
