Who we are
At Smithtown Gospel Tabernacle, we envision a vibrant church of fully devoted disciples of Christ who LOVE God and others, CONNECT with one another in fellowship and service, and ADVANCE the Kingdom through the transforming power of the Holy Spirit. As you get more and more comfortable at SGT, we hope you will discover an environment where you can experience the transforming power of the Holy Spirit through prayer, worship, fellowship, and the teaching of God’s word. When you are ready, we’ll be ready to help you find a place of service. I think you will discover that we are a family that loves, a team that connects, and an army that advances!

You can be sure that our facility is constantly being cleaned and disinfected according to CDC guidelines, including the use of electrostatic sprayers and UVC light units.
Leadership at SGT has instituted several Covid-19 protocols which are as follows:
If you are feeling sick, please stay home.
Please enter the building through the main entrance. The side/east entrance will be closed.
Everyone entering the building must have their temperature taken at the thermal kiosk. It only takes a few seconds. If temp is over 100.4, you will not be able to attend the service.
Mask protocol:
Masks must be worn: upon arrival, when walking around, during singing when standing and upon departure.
Masks can be removed when seated.
Our Host Team/Ushers will direct you to your seat.
Please maintain social distancing at all times.
Restrooms: Two people are allowed per restroom at one time.
When the service is over, you will be directed by an Usher when it is your turn to exit.
We covet your cooperation and understanding in these matters as well. We are excited to see one another and to join together in worship within the Sanctuary and Fellowship Center!
