DESCRIPTION:"Party for The Queen on The Green" There will be a Family Service of Thanksgiving in Church to celebrate the 90th Birthday of Her Majesty The Queen at 1230hrs on Sunday 12th June. This will be followed by a 'Party for The Queen on The Green'. These events are open to all. Come along and enjoy !!! Sunday 12th June 2016 at 12:30 PM for 1 hour   Sunday Holy Communion Said 'Communion Service'(BCP) Held on the 1st Sunday of each month. Said' Communion Service' (Trad) Held on 3rd Sunday of each month. Said Mattins Services will be held on the 2nd, 4th & 5th Sundays of the month. Every Sunday at 8:00 AM for ½ hour Creche There is a Creche facility during School Term Time, available for Children of 0-3 years. This is at The Vicarage (behind the Church) during each main Sunday Service (excluding Family Service). The Children are returned to Church for Communion & Blessing. Three Sundays Per Month Every Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour Parish Communion Sunday morning worship is at 9.30am on the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays of each month and includes communion, a sermon, congregational singing and choral music. On the 3rd Sunday of most months at 09.30am there is normally a special Family Service without communion. 'Family Communion with Baptisms' is held on the 1st Sunday of every Month at the 0930 Service. Every first second fourth and fifth Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour Sunday School We meet every Sunday (except when there is a Family Service) in the Church Room in Term Time and half term holidays. Every first second fourth and fifth Sunday at 9:30 AM for 40 minutes Family Service Once a month the normal morning service is replaced with a more informal Themed Family Service, supported by The Choir and The Datchet St Mary's Music Group. This takes place on the 3rd Sunday of each month. Every third Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour Joint Sung Eucharist "Joint Sung Eucharist" will be celebrated at 9.30am on the 4th Sunday of each month with our sister Church of St Thomas' Colnbrook. Normally January, May, July & October will be at Colnbrook. All other months will be at Datchet. (Transport is available to get to either Parish for these Services.) Every fourth Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour Choral Evensong The choir of St. Mary's regularly sing Choral Evensong. This (BCP) service is normally held on the 4th Sunday of the month (except August) but can also vary depending on choir holidays and the liturgical seasons. Every fourth Sunday at 6:30 PM for 1 hour Tuesday Daily Prayer Daily Prayer in Church is said every day from Tuesday to Saturday at 8.30 am. Tuesday to Saturday Every Tuesday at 8:30 AM for ½ hour Wednesday Daily Prayer Daily Prayer in Church is said every day from Tuesday to Saturday at 8.30 am. Tuesday to Saturday Every Wednesday at 8:30 AM for ½ hour Holy Communion This is a 'said' Service and all are very welcome. Often followed by Coffee in 'The Bridge' Ecumenical Centre & Coffee Shop next door. Every Wednesday at 11:00 AM for ½ hour Pram Service A Fortnightly Service. (2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month during school term time.) Young Children (0-4years), Parents, Grandparents and Carers have a great time.Each Service is themed with singing accompanied by instruments for the Children. Fortnightly Every second and fourth Wednesday at 2:00 PM for 1 hour Thursday Daily Prayer Daily Prayer in Church is said every day from Tuesday to Saturday at 8.30 am. Tuesday to Saturday Every Thursday at 8:30 AM for ½ hour The Choir of St. Mary's The Choir of St. Mary's sings a wide range of music at all the main Services and consists of around 20 adults and children. New members are always 'very' welcome. Those interested in joining the choir (or just more information) should contact Andrew Piggott the Director of Music by phone on 01784 453854 email:andrewandleanne@btinternet.com or after a Sunday service. The choir rehearses on Thursday evenings from 6.45pm to 7.45pm. Every Thursday at 6:45 PM for 1 hour Mothers Union Meets on the third Thursday of the month - further details in the notices or from 01753 580467. Monthly Every Thursday at 7:45 PM for 1 hour Friday Daily Prayer Daily Prayer in Church is said every day from Tuesday to Saturday at 8.30 am. Tuesday to Saturday Every Friday at 8:30 AM for ½ hour The Music Group The Music Group meets usually on the Friday before Family Services from 5.30pm to 6.15pm.
