DESCRIPTION:Services – Our Celebration of Life Our “Celebration of Life” service is held each Sunday morning at 11AM from the second week of September through the third week of June.TUC fr balcony 2 Sunday morning services generally consist of opening words and chalice lighting; a brief “Time for All Ages” with our children; minister-led readings, meditations and sermon; and, throughout the service, music – richly varied piano, from classical to jazz, with Unitarian hymns, some in the Protestant tradition. Optional childcare is provided for children younger than preschool age. Our “Time for All Ages” is often a story related to the themes of the religious education (RE) classes the children attend when they leave the service. Over the year, the Celebration of Life will occasionally be an Intergenerational service presented by the children and RE staff.
