NOTE:Pastor Dan Helland has been the lead pastor at East End since January of 2005 when he relocated from the west coast where he had served ministry positions including pastoring, music ministry radio and various outreaches in Oregon, Washington and California since 1980. Pastor Dan attended West Coast Christian College in Fresno, California where he majored in music. Pastor Dan has been heavily involved in various missions projects and has traveled in Mexico, South Korea, China, Egypt, Jordan, Israel, The Netherlands and England. Pastor Dan and Sue have been guests on Trinity Broadcasting Network(TBN) and have served in music ministry in a number of venues. Pastor Dan married Sue in 1985 and they adopted two children from China, Lauren born in 1998, and Lexee who was born in 2000. Pastor Dan enjoys “pastoring the community” wherever he finds himself. He has served in a number of community positions including chaplaincy, social and family support systems and interdenominational ministers’ gatherings. He currently serves on the Founders Board for the China Bible College, The Committee for America’s Providential History and the leadership team for Ministry in the Making. Pastor Dan has a passion to worship God, educate and disciple believers and reach out with love, acceptance and forgiveness to those who do not have a viable relationship with Jesus Christ.
