NOTE:I grew up in the village of Pauloff Harbor on Sanak Island on the south side of the Alaskan Peninsula. I am the eleventh child of a family of twelve. Impoverished and alcoholism was a way of life in our village of seventy residents. I learned to play guitar at age twelve on a “Sear’s n Robuck” eighteen dollar Silvertone arch top guitar. I spent hours learning the chords but couldn’t sing and play at the same time. I learned all that later. All I had was the old Country and Western songs…I learned to sing from memory. In 1960 a missionary, Ruth Layton, led me to the Lord. I got saved, but didn’t live the Christian life until age twenty at which time I fully committed my life to the Lord Jesus Christ to live and serve Him the rest of my life. What a joy it is to do so! I have been in the ministry since 1972 traveling Alaska, America and around the globe. Seeing over 63,000 sinners come to Christ in Concerts, and countless crusades. We have a one minute audio radio program entitled -  “Praise Radio Broadcast.” It is on many stations in Alaska, the United States, and heard in many places around the world. I also do a one minute video message on facebook that reaches thousands. We have a gospel tract ministry through which hundreds have come to Christ around the world.
