NOTE:Pastor David planted the House of Rest church in 2011, all from a vision from God while incarcerated in Federal prison. Growing up in a Christian home, David followed his own way until he surrendered his life to Christ on Feb 25th 2004. While serving an 8 year sentence, he felt the calling to preach and share the gospel. So through correspondence he enrolled in CLU (Christian Leadership University) and graduated with a degree in biblical studies. After serving 6 years he was released in 2010 and a year later, planted House of Rest. Since then the church has grown from a house church with 22 chairs, to what it is now. David and Sharon married in 2017 and have continued to minister together. Sharon has served in many ministries over the years. They look forward for what the Lord has in store for the lives of those that they minister to. A big part of who they are is teaching to live out of a naturally supernatural lifestyle. With a big influence on teaching believers their identity of who they are in Christ, and living out of that identity with demonstrations of healing, deliverance and a Holy Spirit filled transformation. Pastor David is credentialed with Grace International.
