Holy Days to Remember: Creating Happy Memories

It’s Hanukkah time, and as is their tradition, Mike and Carrie will be serving Latkes ( potato pancakes) “to go” November 28th after church. There will be no cost, but they do ask that you text or call them at 805-264-6722 and let them know how many plates of 3 latkes you would like. If you would prefer without onions, let them know that as well. They suggest you warm them in the microwave, then top them with applesauce and sour cream for a delicious light lunch.

November 28 at 5:00PMCandlelight Community Meditation and Drumming Circle—A Hanukkah Menorah Lighting with Michael Corob, Community Prayers, Music Making and a Meditation on Light and Love led by Rev. Judith Elia and Friends.

Sunday December 5 We gather for a Holiday Feast prepared by your angels, friends and favorite chefs for everyone after the 11:00 am Church Service!

December 12 at 11:00am: Third Week of Advent: Love is the theme at our Celebration Service at the Chapel of Light with Rev. Judith Elia. “God is Love. The rest is temporary insanity” Music by Nina and Jan.

December 19: 11:00am Sunday Service at Unity Chapel of Light for the Fourth Week of Advent: Joy is another word for Jesus Christ. “Joy to the World” with Rev. Judith Elia and a mystery musical friend.

Wednesday December 22nd 5:30pm The Christmas Story with Songs and a Candle-Lighting followed by Cookies and refreshments. Music by Mark de la Garza and our many musical friends.
