That’s why we place a emphasis on strengthening our community as well as on reaching those outsides of our congregation who might feel disconnected from God and from the Church. We know if we want to change the world, we must build and deepen the relationships we have both inside and outside our church family.
We want to provide an experience through worship and teaching that is both profound and transcendent—an experience that can provide individuals the INSPIRATION we need to become active participants in God’s mission to transform the world.

Leader Bio:
Pastor Teame was born and raised in Ethiopia. He came to faith while his homeland was under communist rule. “It was a tough time,” he explains, “to believe [in Jesus] was almost deciding to die for Him.” Yet he felt called to serve Christ all over the country, leading a lay ministry movement while working as an economist for the government, but God wanted more from him. When a door opened at a seminary in Denver, he went through it. He planned to return to Ethiopia after graduation, but when a group asked him to stay and lead them in reaching the growing Ethiopian population, he willingly accepted.

Lord, teach me to listen.
The times are noisy and my ears are weary with the thousand raucous sounds which continuously assault them. Give me the spirit of the boy Samuel when he said to Thee, "Speak, for Thy servant heareth." Let me hear Thee speaking in my heart. Let me get used to the sound of Thy voice, that its tones may be familiar when the sounds of earth die away and the only sound will be the music of Thy speaking. Amen.
