Our Worship
Church worship is a powerful way to connect with God and connect with one another. Teaching and music are biblical and relevant for real people in real life. Our expository sermons expose the truth of Scripture progressively through books of the Bible through an engaging preaching style. You might even enjoy a bit of humor!

As a contemporary church, we connect with our community and we use that to stir our passion to connect with our world. Twenty-percent of every dollar we receive goes to outreach to fulfill the Great Commission.
Our people
Our Senior Pastor, David Cross, brings sound biblical teaching each week as a doctoral candidate in Christian Apologetics and Culture. Our Youth Pastor, John Orton, leads a vibrant youth group to engage many youth from our surrounding area in addition to our church youth. John Platt and Kaitlynn Rivera round out our team through musical worship.

Question: What are the service times at Bethany Baptist Church?
Answer: Our Sunday services are at 10:30am. We usually finish up between 11:30 and noon.Question: Is there a dress code for attending Bethany Baptist Church?
Answer: No, there is no dress code. We welcome you to come as you are. We want you to be comfortable to focus on the Lord, not what you are wearing.Question: What kind of programs do you have for children at Bethany Baptist Church?
Answer: We have a variety of programs for children of all ages, including Kids Church during the service, mid-week AWANA on Wednesdays at 6:30, and Vacation Bible School during the summer.Question: Tell me about your doctrine?
Answer: We look to the Bible as our guide for doctrine. If there are questions from modern culture, we search for the way the Bible would answer modern culture.Question: What denomination are you?
Answer: We are affiliated with Converge which was formerly known as Baptist General Conference.Question: What makes you different?
Answer: One of the main things that sets us apart is our heart for the lost. We strive to be a witness in all we do whether that is to the person across the street or across the globe. In fact, 20% of our church budget is committed to outreach.Question: How do I get plugged in?

Leader Bio:
Pastor Dave spent roughly twenty years in missions to Muslims before beginning a more local pastoral ministry five years ago. He and his wife Cheryl served in the Arabian Gulf for several years, then planted a ministry team in Minneapolis, followed by a season of leadership as VP of IT in a large mission agency, and president of two smaller mission agencies.
Pastor Dave is author and contributor to four books with more on the way. He enjoys hiking, gardening, and all things outdoors with his five children.
