* Located where the very first Deaconess Hospital surgery was performed.
* Members of this Church founded the Deaconess Hospital.
* Members of this Church founded the Rockwood Retirement Community.
* Father's day was founded by a member of this Church in 1909, by Sonora Louise Smart Dodd.
* This Church was founded by Reverend S.E. Havermale and the island where Expo 74 was located was named after this very man.
* It closed its doors in September 2016.
