Who we are
Le Centre du Plein Évangile de la Rive-Sud (CPERS) est une église évangélique affiliée aux Assemblées de Pentecôte du Canada. Issu du ministère apostolique du pasteur Allan Bowen , fondateur du Carrefour Chrétien de la Capitale à Québec, le CPERS a pris naissance quand une petite poignée de chrétiens provenant de la Rive-Sud de Québec se sont mis à fréquenter le Carrefour dans les années 1980. Dès lors la vision d’une église à Lévis commença à germer. En 1987, pasteur Bowen demanda à pasteure Constance Cimon, alors assistante au CCC, de concentrer ses efforts en vue d’établir cette église.
Après quelques années d’enseignement et d’évangélisation dans un premier local permanent sur la rue St-Louis à Lévis, tout en demeurant attachée au CCC, cette œuvre débutante prit officiellement son autonomie en janvier 1991. Dès ce jour, la jeune église rencontra toute ses obligations financières et administratives.
The Full Gospel Center of the South Shore (CPERS) is an evangelical church affiliated with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. Coming from the apostolic ministry of Pastor Allan Bowen, founder of the Carrefour Chrétien de la Capitale in Quebec City on CPERS arose when a small handful of Christians from the South Shore of Quebec began to attend Carrefour in the 1980s. therefore the vision of a church in Lévis began to germinate. In 1987, Bowen pastor asked Rev. Constance Cimon, then assistant to the CCC, to focus its efforts in establishing this church.
After several years of teaching and evangelism in a first permanent home on St. Louis Street in Lévis, while remaining attached to the CCC, the work debutante officially took its autonomy in January 1991. From that day, the young Church met all financial and administrative obligations.
