Who we are
What we believe.
God's vision is to see the knowledge of the glory of the Lord cover the earth as the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14). Jesus is the glory of God, and He is the means by which anyone comes to truly know God. For people to see the glory of God, Jesus has to come into our lives, change us, and work through us (Colossians 1:27). CCC desires to be a part of equipping God's people for the work of the ministry so our city can be blessed with the life of Jesus.
Our Story
We enthusiastically embrace the truth that all history is God’s story.
We are a Reformed and evangelical community that belongs to the triune God. Because we are created in His image, we are meant to live in relationship with Him as He exists in a community of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. But because of our first parent’s rebellion, Adam and Eve, that communion with God was broken. In Jesus, reconciliation is given to us by trusting in His perfect life, death, and resurrection. This promise of reconciliation is for the sinner, the broken and bruised, the poor and wealthy. It’s for all people.
Our Values
What we value the most is the gospel of Jesus and how it renews us.
The Gospel is the good news that God has sent Jesus into the world to establish His kingdom and renew the whole world. We are committed to participating in this great calling as we worship God and make disciples. Our worship of God is the foundation for renewing the world. As we gather together every Sunday morning we rehearse God's faithfulness to us and our allegiance to Him.. Some of the ways that we do this is by confessing our sins and celebrating Lord’s Supper weekly. We believe that as we worship God we are being changed on the inside so that we can be the image of Jesus.
Our Vision
We believe that the work of ministry is being more like Jesus in everyday life.
The Gospel creates a new community of people who desire to spread the good news of God’s kingdom. This proclamation of the kingdom takes place when God’s people live and proclaim a message of reconciliation of all things to Jesus. What this looks like in everyday life is people holding up the cross and resurrection of our Savior in our homes, neighborhoods, and city.
Our Life
We recognize that the Gospel reconciles us to God so we can be a new people.
The Gospel changes us. The Bible teaches us that when we trust in Jesus as our Savior, we become new creatures. This means that the Holy Spirit comes to fill us in order that we can be set free from the power of sin. We want to become people that are shaped by God’s redemptive story and reflect His image well.

Come Lord Jesus!
Lord Jesus, master of both the light and the darkness, send your Holy Spirit upon our preparations for Christmas. We who have so much to do seek quiet spaces to hear your voice each day. We who are anxious over many things look forward to your coming among us. We who are blessed in so many ways long for the complete joy of your kingdom. We whose hearts are heavy seek the joy of your presence. We are your people, walking in darkness, yet seeking the light. To you we say, "Come Lord Jesus!"
