The story of Christ Our King Presbyterian Church began in 1963 when Eugene Peterson was asked to start a church in Bel Air, Maryland with the assistance of the Baltimore Presbytery PC(USA) and First Presbyterian Church in Bel Air.
Pastor Peterson began his ministry by inviting his neighbors to experience the amazing love of God through Jesus Christ and to gather together in worship, prayer and service. 50 years later that invitation still stands.

Leader Bio:
Neta Lindsay Pringle is a child of the church. Her father was a Presbyterian minister and she grew up in churches in Kansas City, Missouri, and Haddonfield, New Jersey. She is agraduate of Union Theological Seminary in New York City, and has served as installed pastor in Long Island and Wilmington, DE and as interim pastor in Wilmington, New Jersey and Baltimore. Sometimes retired, she is delighted to join the Christ Our King family for the next stage of their journey.
Neta is married to John Potter, also a Presbyterian minister, and lives in Wilmington, Delaware. She has three children, John has one, and they added an adult daughter to their family. They have nine grandchildren, ranging in age from a college junior to almost one. She likes to garden and travel.
