On the Yonge/University/Spadina line, we are at the Museum stop. Exit on the east side of Queen's Park Crescent and walk north one block.
On the Bloor/Danforth line, you can get off at either the St. George or Bay Street stops. From the St. George stop, take the Bedford Road exit, walk south to Bloor Street (towards the stoplights) and then east one block to Avenue Road. From the Bay Street stop exit onto Bellair, walk south to Bloor and then west to Avenue Road one block. Alternately, exit from the Bay Street stop via the Cumberland Street exit. Take the exit to 110 Bloor Street West and ride the escalator to the main floor. Exit to Bloor Street, turn right, and walk one block west.
