The Community Church of Waterford exists to reach people for Jesus Christ and to help them reach their God-given potential.
The Community Church of Waterford is committed to pursue full devotion to God in a Christ-centered community. It is in our heart to welcome and invite others who are investigating God and challenge believers toward following Christ fully: to grow intentionally, to connect and relate with others who are on the same spiritual journey and to bring help and hope to those in need.
We strive to provide an atmosphere where we truly care for one another, by encouraging growth in your personal relationship with Jesus Christ; whether you’re a lifelong church-goer or if this is your first time in a church. We strive to equip and lead Christ-followers in advancing the Gospel in the world because we firmly believe the church is the hope of the world. We believe we are called to love and serve God, each other, and our community. After all, we, the church, are the hands and feet of Christ here on Earth.
We believe the church needs to be the place where people can encounter God, hear His truth, and feel safe to investigate His love and promises. We do this on Sunday mornings through prayer, worship, and Scripture that is relevant to your daily life, and throughout the week through ministries like Life Groups, Riptide, CCW Kids, and W.O.W.
We desire to live for and in Jesus Christ, to do life together and support each other as a community, and in this dark world, to share the light of our hope in Christ.

Leader Bio:
I stepped on as CCW's lead pastor in the spring of 2019, and my goal is to love God and love others through pastoring, teaching God's word, and leading the CCW family to live in and for Christ. My beautiful wife, Lisa, and I have been married for over 30 years now and we have 5 children, 3 of them grown and 2 teenagers still at home with us. We enjoy hosting all kinds of groups in our home, and love being a part of the CCW family!
