Who we are
Welcome to Crosshill Evangelical Church in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. The church is located just off Victoria Road on the Southside of Glasgow, two minutes walk from the main gates of Queens Park.
At church we love to share the Christian Faith taught in the Holy Bible. An evangelical church is just a Christian church which teaches the good news of God's great truth of Jesus Christ found in the Holy Bible.
The church neon text has been recognised for many years as an iconic landmark on the Southside of Glasgow.

Crosshill Evangelical Church Service Times
Sunday Morning Worship
We meet to worship and praise God in Spirit and in truth each Sunday morning at 11 am. However, before the morning service we have a preparatory time of prayer at 10:15 am. Additionally we have a monthly church prayer gathering. Once a month we take time to specifically focus on the death of our Lord Jesus Christ at communion. This is an important time for repentance and reflection.
The first part of our worship at 11 am focuses on children and families where we sing together and read God's Word. The children are also taught by experienced Christians who love the Lord, working systematically through the Bible each week. We understand the importance of children in God's creation. This church cherishes every child who attends our services. (Proverbs 22v6)
The second part of our worship focuses more on expository preaching and teaching from Holy Scripture which is applied practically to our everyday lives in the 21st century.
Sunday Evening Worship
We also meet to worship God in Spirit and in truth on a Sunday evening. Our evening worship at 6:15 pm reflects more of a conversational style group Bible study. The aim is to learn together as we read God's Word and are taught systematically through a specific book of Holy Scripture. All Christian believers who love the Lord and desire to grow in Him are welcome to join us.

Sunday Fellowship
Once a month, following our morning worhip we like to extend an invitation to everyone present to stay on for a bite to eat. This is a great opportunity to fellowship together in God's presence and encourage one another. There is sometimes a little surprise twist thrown into the mix, during this relaxed time among God's people.

Make me stand out
Father, make of me a crisis man. Bring those I contact to decision. Let me not be a milepost on a single road; make me a fork, that men must turn one way or another on facing Christ in me.
