East Paris is a church committed to Jesus Christ and the gospel. Reaching out to the hurting and the sick, we want to share the same love and compassion that Jesus gave to all people. Not stopping there, we also engage, train, and equip those who have accepted Christ to become devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

ENRICH, EQUIP, ENGAGE Enriching: To make rich or richer especially by the addition or increase of some desirable quality, attribute, or ingredient. To add beauty to:
a: Adorn. b: To enhance the taste of. c: To make (a soil) more fertile.
***It is our vision to enrich the lives and the relationship of believers in their journey with the Lord Jesus and other Christ followers.” (II Peter 1:1-14)
Equipping: To prepare (someone) for a particular activity or problem, to furnish for service or action by appropriate provisioning to make ready.
***It is our vision to make sure every believer is properly and perfectly equipped to perform in the ministry and service to the calling of God on their lives.(Eph 4:7-16)

Donnie Edwards has been preaching and teaching God's truths and life principles for more than 20 years. His ministry is best defined by his heart’s desire for evangelism, missions, and the uncompromising message of God’s word. He is not only passionate about God, but also life and people. Everyone is on a journey, and Pastor Donnie's desire is to help believers become highly effective, fruitful in reproducing believers and to have a healthy relationship with their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. This spiritual drive has allowed him to share Jesus in many venues, such as: revivals, Bible conferences, seminars, camps and retreats. Pastor Donnie was called as Sr. Pastor of East Paris Baptist Church in August 2011. He has been married to his best friend and love of his life, Amanda, for 19 years. They have three children: Cameron (18), Blake (16), and Olivia (12). Pastor Donnie attended Central Baptist College for two years, and later finished his degree with a BSA in Pastoral Ministries, Masters in Biblical Studies and Dr. of Ministry in Biblical Studies from Patriot Bible University. Pastor Donnie celebrated his 24th year in preaching ministry on Feb 25, 2016.
