Located just outside Grenada in the Geeslin Corners Community, Friendship Baptist Church has ministered to the Grenada area since 1957. A growing church with over 1000 members, Friendship has ministries for all ages.
MISSION STATEMENT OF Friendship Baptist Church
To preach the full Gospel of Jesus Christ, to attempt to bring people to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, to pursue the role of discipleship for the entire body of Christ, to attempt to live the Gospel daily.

Simply put, our mission is to preach and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ to our surrounding community. By doing this we expect to win the lost to Christ, encourage and challenge Christians in growth and maturity in Christ, and serve those in need for Christ. Friendship Baptist Church's goal is to is to play it's part in the the Great Commission of our Lord, "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost" (Matthew 28:19)

Sunday School starts at 9:15 AM each Sunday morning. We have age appropriate classes for adults, both couples and singles, as well as for youth and children.

The music ministry at Friendship has something to offer every one of all ages. We have adult, preschool choir, young musicians and the older children’s group for all to get involved. They sing several times a year and have a musical production sometime during the year.
