Who we are
Our History
JR and Kassie Meyer met at Bible College in Stockton, California and were married in 2002. They graduated from Christian Life College where JR received his Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and Kassie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies. The Lord blessed them with their first son Javin Anthony in October of 2009. Their passion is apostolic doctrine and apostolic fellowship. Ministering the gospel and Teaching the biblical principles to hungry people of all nationalities. For the Bible says, “Go Ye Therefore and Teach All Nations.”
JR was a Youth Pastor in Mansfield, Ohio for over four years before he left for College. His passion has been reaching young people. While in Stockton, JR and Kassie had the privilege of assisting the youth group Acts 29 in Stockon, California. Upon graduation from Bible College they committed one year to the youth ministry in Columbus, Ohio under the Ministry of Mark Meyer, Sr. where we have been faithful for over five years.
In March of 2009, they committed 90 days to prayer for direction in their lives and ministry. During this time, God called them to Portland, Oregon to spread the gospel to the metro area.
Our Beliefs
We believe that there is One God (Deuteronomy 6:4)
We believe that the Bible is absolutely true, and consistent from beginning to end (John 17:17)
We believe that the Bible is authored by God, and co-authored by men and women who were moved by God’s Spirit (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21)
We believe that the entire Bible was written about Jesus (Luke 24:44)
We believe the good news message of Jesus is for EVERYONE!! (Luke 24:47; John 3:3-8; Acts Chapters 2, 8, 10, 19)
We believe that Jesus Christ is coming back very soon, and we must be ready! (1 Thessalonians 3:13; 5:23)
Our Vision
To be a loving, vibrant influential people, that will help reach, touch, connect, discover, train and fulfill the purpose of Jesus in Portland and abroad.
Our Mission
To cultivate an atmosphere where all can: come and Experience Jesus, Discover Truth, Build Community, and Infuse Hope.

O God, forgive the poverty and the pettiness of our prayers . Listen not to our words but to the yearnings of our hearts. Hear beneath our petitions the crying of our need.
