Leader Bio:
Father Javier, was born in San Pablo of Atenas, Canton San Miguel Province Bolívar-Ecuador on March 24, 1964. He attended primary (elementary) and secondary (high school) in his hometown. He continued his education in the study of Philosophy and Theology at the Major Seminary “San José” in Quito-Ecuador, and at Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador, Ecclesiastical Faculty of Philosophy and Theology. He was ordained a priest in the Roman Catholic Church on July 12, 1990.
In 1995 he was received as a priest in the Episcopal Church of Ecuador where he worked and established various congregations. He is married to Laura Dahik and they have a son, Diego, who was born on January 25, 1994. In the year 2000 Fr. Javier was invited by Bishop Benito Juarez to work in the Diocese of Southeast Mexico for two years. Fr. Javier and his family came to the United States in 2002. He became a U.S. Citizen September 2011. Fr. Javier as been at Holy Trinity/ La Santisima Trinidad since April 2003.

Every 2nd Thursday of the month, at 10:30 AM, we assist in serving lunch to the homeless at G.R.I.P’s Richmond Super Center.
Sandwich Ministry
Every Friday night at 7:30 PM we meet in the church kitchen to make sandwiches for the day laborers . Every Saturday at 7:30 AM we meet in the kitchen, gather the sandwiches and coffee and drive to and area on San Pablo Avenue past Home Depot to distribute the sandwiches. Wilson School Ministry
We have an ongoing ministry to our local Elementary school here in Richmond. Before the start of school we donate school supplies and at Christmas we adopt children and their families to donate gifts to make their holiday brighter.
