Who we are
The life of the Orthodox Church perpetuates and fulfills the ministry of Jesus Christ. The close association between Christ and His Church is reflected in the images from the Scriptures which declare that Christ is the Head and the Church is His Body, and that Christ is the Bridegroom and the Church is His bride. These images express the reality that the Church does not exist independently from Christ.
The Lord and Savior, who was known, loved, and followed by the first disciples in Galilee nearly two thousand years ago, is the same Lord and Savior who is known, loved, and followed through His Church. As Christ revealed the Holy Trinity, His Church continues to reveal the Holy Trinity and to praise God in her worship. As Christ reconciled humanity to the Father, His Church continues to be the medium of reconciliation by word and action throughout the world. As Christ manifested the vocation of authentic human life, His Church continues to be the realm through which the image and likeness of God in each of us is brought to perfection.
The Orthodox Christian becomes united with Christ at Baptism and is nurtured by Christ at every Eucharist. We believe that the Holy Spirit acts in and through the Church to make Christ our Lord and to bring His work to fulfillment.
Orthodoxy has avoided any temptation to reduce its vision of the Church. The biblical descriptions of the Church as the Body of Christ and the Temple of the Holy Spirit indicate that she truly must be recognized as much more than one institution among many, or a social service agency, or as an ethnic or fraternal organization. Certainly the Church does have her institutional aspects, and she is always subject to the sins and limitations of her human members. Yet, Orthodoxy believes that in addition to her obvious human side, the Church also has a Divine dimension. The Greek word for Church, ecclesia, implies a community called and gathered by God for a special purpose. This means that the Church can be described as the unique meeting place between God and His people.

Originally born in Denver Colorado, Fr. Constantine is a graduate Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology class of 1998: Masters of Divinity. Fr. Constantine was assigned Proistamenos of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church on October 1st of 2007. Prior to this he served as the Proistamenos of The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Fort Myers, Florida (2003-2007), the 2nd Priest at the Cathedral of St. Nicholas in Tarpon Springs Florida (2000-2003) and the Metropolis of Atlanta as Youth Director (1998-2000). Fr. Constantine is married to Presbytera Elaine and has two children, Aikaterini and Dimitri.

HISTORY OF OUR PARISH
On December 2, 1929 the Greek Orthodox Society, Holy Trinity, was incorporated. In 1962, property was acquired on West Concord Street in downtown Orlando and in 1963 the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of North and South America issued an Ecclesiastical Charter and assigned a full time priest. The current location of Holy Trinity was purchased in 1980 and services were held in the Chris Carlos Cultural Center in 1987. September 8, 1990 the first services were held in the new Holy Trinity Church and on August 17, Holy Trinity broke ground on a new cultural center, that marked another major milestone in the life of our parish. On June 16, 2013, the Sanctuary was Consecrated by His Eminence Metropolitan Alexios of Atlanta. Currently, there are close to 500 steward families.
Since its inception our parish has grown significantly. It continues to strive to bear more effective witness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as expressed in the apostolic tradition and worship of the Greek Orthodox church. We invite you to also participate in this witness by joining the worship and fellowship of our parish. PRESENT CLERGY

"Yes, Lord! Jesus, I give all of this to you. Jesus," I just started out a dream for my neighbourhood. "I didn't ask you to make me a messenger to the world. I just wanted to love my neighbours. But Jesus, here it is. Here's my future, here's my loneliness, here are all the pressures, here are the criticism", and I gave Him everything. And I told Him to take me again and I would try to make "Yes, Lord" the continuing motto of my life..
