Leader Bio:
Pastor Van Minter is the Lead Pastor at Lake Ridge Bible Church. He came to Lake Ridge in 2003 and has served in student ministry, young adult and family ministries, and as Associate Pastor. Van served in student ministry for 22 years and then the Lord transitioned him to be used in a different capacity for our church family. Van attended Howard Payne University and received his degree in Theology and then went on to receive his Master's degree at Southwestern Theological Seminary. Van and his wife Leslie have three daughters: Holli, Halee, and Hattie.

The Northwest Drive exit from Interstate 30 is approximately 1 mile east of Interstate 635 (LBJ Freeway). After exiting Interstate 30 at Northwest Drive, turn south. LRBC is immediately ahead, on your right.

With us night and morning
By gracious powers so wonderfully sheltered, and confidently waiting come what may, we know that God is with us night and morning, and never fails to greet us each new day. Yet is this heart by its old foe tormented, still evil days bring burdens hard to bear; Oh, give our frightened souls the sure salvation for which, O Lord, You taught us to prepare. And when this cup You give is filled to brimming with bitter suffering, hard to understand, we take it thankfully and without trembling, out of so good and so beloved a hand. Yet when again in this same world You give us the joy we had, the brightness of Your Sun, we shall remember all the days we lived through, and our whole life shall then be Yours alone.
