Who we are
Melbourne Hosanna Church and our Vision
Melbourne Hosanna Church was founded in 2003 by Pastor John Kim, renting an Australian church building in Glen Waverley. It started with 10 members. Initially the church began as a Korean church, however with time, the number of non-Koreans increased, and now hundreds of international members are also giving worship service using translation earphones.
Ten years later in 2012, a clothing factory in Springvale was purchased and the current place of worship was constructed. The new church building's Opening/Dedication Service was held in 2014.
Hosanna's Visions are, to become a church:
1 Taking root in discipleship training 2 Saving the young generation 3 Filled with the Holy Spirit capable of mission
Church members from Korea and 26 other countries give a simultaneously interpreted worship service each week. English, Chinese interpretations provided every week. " Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesians, Cambodian, etc interpretations provided occasionally.

When we stumble...
O Lord our God, Who has called us to serve You in the midst of the world's affairs, When we stumble, hold us; when we fall, lift us up. When we are hard pressed with evil, deliver us. When we turn from what is good, turn us back and bring us at last to Your glory.
