Who we are
First and foremost, New Heights is a warm, welcoming community. We’re not going to put you on the spot or ask you for money. We’re just glad to have you show up.
New Heights is one church meeting in multiple locations throughout Vancouver, WA. This affords us all the benefits of a large church without feeling too large. It also enables us to bring the message of Help, Hope, and Home throughout the Vancouver area. We have a location in East Vancouver, Downtown Vancouver, Battle Ground, and one centrally located between all these places. We also have a Latino congregation that meets at our Main Campus.
Our weekend gatherings are called “worship services.” The service generally starts with a few worship songs, a greeting, and a prayer. Then one of our pastors guides us through a teaching from the Bible. This “talk” tends to focus on “how-to” over”ought-to.” We finish our time much like we started–with a short prayer and some worship songs. A typical worship service is about 65-85 minutes.
Caring for kids is a priority at New Heights. We have special children’s programs available from nursery through grade five in our kidzone so you can relax while attending a worship service.
Even though we operate at four different campuses, we maintain one focus: Our goal is to bring Help, Hope & Home to a hurting world through Jesus Christ.
At New Heights, you will find…
Help: Our teaching focuses on “how-to” over “ought-to.” Hope: We want to help you find the forgiveness and hope that Jesus desires. Home: We have an abundance of great groups and ways to connect.
Our belief and experience is this…
All people need Jesus. If you will come, we will introduce you to Him. Ultimately, Jesus is our Help, Jesus is our Hope, Jesus will bring us Home.

With us night and morning
By gracious powers so wonderfully sheltered, and confidently waiting come what may, we know that God is with us night and morning, and never fails to greet us each new day. Yet is this heart by its old foe tormented, still evil days bring burdens hard to bear; Oh, give our frightened souls the sure salvation for which, O Lord, You taught us to prepare. And when this cup You give is filled to brimming with bitter suffering, hard to understand, we take it thankfully and without trembling, out of so good and so beloved a hand. Yet when again in this same world You give us the joy we had, the brightness of Your Sun, we shall remember all the days we lived through, and our whole life shall then be Yours alone.
