New Life Church began in 1988 in a storefront building on Main Street, Wilburton. It has now become a growing and exciting ministry located west of Wilburton on Hwy 270, on 5 acres of land.
Here at New Life Church we have - Fellowship, where we grow warmer; Discipleship, where we grow deeper; Worship, where we grow stonger; Ministry, where we grow broader; Evangelism, where we grow larger.
We invite you to come as you are, whether you are a spiritual seeker just beginning to ask questions about God or a committed Christian wanting to deepen your faith, New Life Church is a place you can call home and find spiritual help, encouragement, and hope.
We work hard to create a friendly, casual environment at New Life Church. We won't ask you to give money, stand up, or stand out in any way. From “blue jeans” to casual—when you come to New Life Church, dress comfortably! We care more about you than the clothes you wear. You can check us out without us checking you out!
At New Life Church you will find traditional families, folks who have experienced divorce, single moms with kids, and singles. Pastor David graduated Rhema Bible Training Center in 1979. He is licensed and ordained with Rhema Ministerial Association as well as Victory Fellowship of Ministries (associated with Victory Christian Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma). Francie is also ordained through Victory Fellowship of Ministries.
He and Francie have pastored churches in Kansas, Arkansas and New Mexico, and have been pastors of New Life in Wilburton, Oklahoma since 2004.
Pastor David has also ministered in many nations of the world and has extensively been involved in the nation of Haiti since 1982.
Says Pastor David, "Francie and I are so excited that God has called us to pastor New Life Church. Our mission is to reach Southeast Oklahoma with the Word and Spirit and to equip the believers to reach the world."

Abide in my heart
Come, Lord Jesus, and abide in my heart. How grateful I am to realize that the answer to my prayer does not depend on me at all. As I quietly abide in You and let Your life flow into me, what freedom it is to know that the Father does not see my threadbare patience or insufficient trust, rather only Your patience, Lord, and Your confidence that the Father has everything in hand. In Your faith I thank You right now for a more glorious answer to my prayer than I can imagine. Amen.
