The word church simply means “the called out”. It is not the building or location, but rather the individual members that make it up.
We gather on Sundays & Wednesdays to sing praises to God, pray, teach His Word, commune by partaking of the Lord’s Supper, contribute of our means, fellowship, encourage, connect and inform. Through Bible classes and other assemblies, we empower, evangelize, educate and edify one another. This enables us to reach out to the needy, lonely, sick, grieving and downtrodden in our community and throughout the world.
We offer classes for:
Infants & Children Jr High & Senior High College Adults

Leader Bio:
Allan Lay was born and raised in the Tulsa area of Oklahoma. He received his education from Oklahoma Christian University in Edmond, Oklahoma, and the Bear Valley Bible Institute, in Denver Colorado. He is currently working on his graduate studies. He is married to Jeanne Parker Lay, They have four children.
Allan served the Owasso congregation for 20 years and as the Director of the Owasso School of Biblical Studies for 11 years. Allan is a certified instructor for the “Ambassadors for Christ” and conducts youth rallies, gospel meetings, and abstinence training throughout the United States.
