Who we are
Welcome to RPC!
We are a church that knows, loves and serves Jesus Christ. We are His church. He is our reason for being. That expresses itself in our worship (God sought us to be worshipers of Him in Spirit and truth), in discipleship (the church is a disciple-making factory, growing people in the grace and knowledge of Jesus), and evangelism (we are intentional about others learning the good news of salvation through faith in Jesus).
Purpose (What we exist for):
Serving our Lord Jesus Christ as His church to glorify and enjoy Him
Values (What we stand for):
Exalting the triune God Edifying the community of believers Engaging the culture with the gospel
Mission (What we work for):
For God’s glory and by His grace, serving the greater West Chester area to impart the life of Christ through living in Christ, learning of Christ and leading to Christ
Vision (What we aim for):
To be a branch growing deeply in the Vine of Life, filling West Chester with the hope of life
Calling (The vision in a nutshell):
Finding life in Christ, Bringing life to others
Means (How we get there):
Pervasive, potent, prominent, prevailing prayer Godly, reproducing leadership Mobilized, mission-minded members Vital, biblical worship (God-directed, Christ-centered, Spirit-enabled) Consistent, biblical teaching Small groups for mutual encouragement, edification and exercise of mission Mercy ministry
Key Text:
John 15:5 I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing.

Forgive us
O God, forgive the poverty and the pettiness of our prayers . Listen not to our words but to the yearnings of our hearts. Hear beneath our petitions the crying of our need.
