For Babies to Preschool
Childcare During Sunday Worship Services
For your convenience, a fully-staffed, full-stocked nursery is located in Room 10 of the education building. Newborns to age five are welcome to come and play in the nursery while their parents or caretakers attend Sunday School and Worship.
The childcare room is opened from 8:00am to 12noon every Sunday. *During the single summer worship services, childcare room opens at 9:00am and closes 15 minutes after worship ends.
Infant and Parent Room
The Sunshine Room is for the use of infants and parents looking for a quite and private place to be together. Located in Room 11 of the education building and attached to the nursery. The Sunshine Room boasts a refrigerator, crib, rocking chairs and recliners, and a live-feed television broadcasting the Sunday worship services.
The Sunshine Room is opened from 8:00am to 12noon every Sunday.
Changing Stations
Please note that there are four changing stations located on the church campus.
The main station is located inside the nursery in Room 10. Even if your child is not in the nursery, parents are welcomed to come in and use the station with their child at any time.
Two additional stations are located inside the women's and men's restrooms in the church sanctuary. Once you enter the sanctuary, the restrooms are located to the right, down the hall.
And the final station is located in the unisex restroom in the social hall.

Sonshine Bags and Children's Bulletins
Ridgecrest United Methodist Church wishes to make your children's worship experience memorable.
Please make use of the Children's Bulletins which boast fun games, word scrambles, and puzzles which are found in the narthex when you first walk-in. (Ushers are happy to assist you.)
Sonshine bags are also located in the narthex and have fun activities for your children's creative minds. Each bag has paper and crayons, books, stuffed animals, and other toys. All we ask is that bags are placed back in the narthex when you leave.
