Saint Paul Lutheran Church Service Times
Worship Times:
Sunday 8:30 a.m. & 11:00 a.m.
Sunday School 9:45 a.m.
If you are coming to Sunday worship with us, we encourage you to check our calendar to verify worship times. Most Sundays we follow our standard schedule of two services, one at 8:30 a.m. and one at 11:00 a.m.
However, on holiday week-ends we often hold only one worship service at 10 a.m. (week-ends such as Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s). The church calendar will provide you with the correct times for the specific Sunday you are coming to worship.
In addition to Sunday worship, during the seasons of Advent and Lent we hold special weekly Wednesday evening worship services. On Maundy Thursday and Good Friday of Holy Week we also have commemorative evening worship services. All evening services are usually held at 7:00 p.m. The church calendar will provide you with the correct times for the specific day you are coming to worship.
It's been more than 4 years since the last service times update. Please make sure to contact the church to confirm service times.

Saint Paul Lutheran Church History
St. Paul Lutheran began on February 15, 1953 with a congregation of 47 members. The church was officially received into Synod at the District Convention held at Camp Okoboji on August 22-27, 1954. In 1974, additional facilities began being constructed and were completed in 1975. The addition included a new worship center, classrooms, sacristy, pastor’s study, offices and a lounge. The original church was remodeled for use as a fellowship and social hall, a kitchen, other offices and a library.
We have a nursery, classrooms, a parent lounge, event space, library and a sanctuary surrounded by custom stained glass windows.

By gracious powers so wonderfully sheltered, and confidently waiting come what may, we know that God is with us night and morning, and never fails to greet us each new day. Yet is this heart by its old foe tormented, still evil days bring burdens hard to bear; Oh, give our frightened souls the sure salvation for which, O Lord, You taught us to prepare. And when this cup You give is filled to brimming with bitter suffering, hard to understand, we take it thankfully and without trembling, out of so good and so beloved a hand. Yet when again in this same world You give us the joy we had, the brightness of Your Sun, we shall remember all the days we lived through, and our whole life shall then be Yours alone.
