Who we are
Welcome to Saltisford Church
Saltisford Church is a lively, growing church in Warwick that is committed to seeing God's message brought alive and making a difference in people's lives. We believe God's word is vital for the world in which we live and we seek to present that message in a way that connects with our community.
We meet together on a Sunday and during the week to worship God, to hear and respond to His word and to support each other in the Christian life - our services are relaxed and informal and are geared for all ages.
Saltisford Church is characterised by several things
Our worship. Simple and contemporary, with the Lord as the focus of our praise, prayers and preaching.
Our friendliness and care. You'll find a warm welcome at Saltisford among people from all ages and backgrounds. We strive to care for one another one to one, in our fellowship groups and through our pastoral care team.
Our children's and youth work. We have a thriving bunch of youngsters and provide activities to help them understand and live out their faith.
Our heart for the community. Little Fishes toddler group, Wednesdays at 2 for seniors, SAFE, our befriending scheme, the POD youth outreach, plus support for local Christian counselling and other agencies.
Our unity of purpose: to love the Lord; to encourage others to get to know him; and to become more like him ourselves.
Our commitment of time, skills and resources to sustain all of the above!

At Saltisford Church there are different groups for young people based on their school year which meet regularly on Friday evenings. Fun-filled evenings, craft, drama, music, games and bible-centred teaching.

At Saltisford youth we believe in encouraging young people to seek after God and develop a faith they can call their own. With weekly teachings, fun, games, social events and trips away, we can build lasting relationships with the young people and encourage them on their journey of discovering God and living life.

The way, the truth, and the life
Lord Jesus, thou who art the way, the truth, and the life; hear us as we pray for the truth that shall make all free. Teach us that liberty is not only to be loved but also to be lived. Liberty is too precious a thing to be buried in books. It costs too much to be hoarded. Help us see that our liberty is not the right to do as we please, but the opportunity to please to do what is right.
