Church of the Undignified is a Body of believers in Central Seattle who are aggressively pursuing the Kingdom of God. We are attempting to love as God loves. It is not our desire to change anyone, but to highlight what is awesome about each person and help them discover what it is they were born to do. “On earth as it is in heaven” runs in our blood and we are driven by the person and work of Jesus Christ. We are bent on rising to the standard Jesus set as He healed everyone who came to Him, set captives free and sent out a company of people who changed the course of the world.
The name of our church comes from 2 Samuel 6:21-22 when King David dances before the glory of the Lord and says "...I will celebrate before the Lord. I will become even more undignified than this..."

Leader Bio:
Benji Rodes is the senior leader who is involved in vision casting, mobilizing and empowering the Body through teaching and through the School of Supernatural Ministry. It is his desire to see more and more leaders trained and raised to the surface who are also consumed with the kingdom of God and His righteousness. He wants to help people encounter God, discover who they are in God and respond to their unique mandate to change the world.
Abbi Rodes is the creative director. She believes in the arts and creativity that God the Creator created in us. She is learning to challenge and push the boundaries of what we can do by closely listening to the Holy Spirit during our worship to God. If we believe in who God made us to be and align with heaven and dance, sing, paint or whatever the Holy Spirit is moving us to do, then we connect with heaven. This is His Kingdom. At this point heaven invading earth and His perfect love casting out all sickness, disease, demonic oppression, and healing our wounds is the goal. Her desire is to create an environment where God’s love for us and our love for God can connect through creativity. The result has been people being set free on multiple levels. It’s an adventure we are on and it’s so much fun.
