We especialy invite those preparing to bring their children to baptism to join us at this service, and many then want to keep coming too!

our 9.30am Parsh Eucharist is on this Sunday also a Parade Servcie with all our Brownies, BEavers, Cubs, Guides and Scouts attending, and the worship content and music is geared towards famiies, children and young people.
NB there is no PARADE Service in August. Instead we have a more traditional Parish Eucharist,as on other Sundays of the month.

The times are noisy and my ears are weary with the thousand raucous sounds which continuously assault them. Give me the spirit of the boy Samuel when he said to Thee, "Speak, for Thy servant heareth." Let me hear Thee speaking in my heart. Let me get used to the sound of Thy voice, that its tones may be familiar when the sounds of earth die away and the only sound will be the music of Thy speaking. Amen.
