June 8, 1955 – Holy See grants permission to erect the parish Built in 1957 – Sod turning May 19, Cornerstone laid & Blessed September 8 February 23, 1958 – First Mass in the Church February 1, 1981 – Church gutted by fire February 1981 to Lent 1982 – Mass was celebrated at St. Mark’s school during repairs and renovations to the church. Holy Thursday, 1982. Church was re-opened and re-dedicated. 2019 – Church floor plan changed to the current layout
