St Matthew Service Times
Sunday
Said Eucharist
Traditional and reflective in style, this is a service that will appeal to anyone who prefers a more quiet form of worship than our main service.
Every Sunday at 9:00 AM for ¾ hour
Sung Eucharist
This is our main worship service, held most Sundays. The service is led jointly by a member of the clergy and a lay worship assistant, using Common Worship to provide the service structure and liturgy.
Music is lead by a choir except for the first Sunday of the month when there is a worship band. We sing a mixture of traditional hymns and modern worship songs.
On the first Sunday of the month we have All Age Worship. On other Sundays there is a Sunday School for 4-11 year olds in the parish centre and a creche in the lounge.
Every Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Grant me, O Lord, to know what I ought to know,to love what I ought to love, to praise what delights Thee most, to value what is precious in Thy sight, to hate what is offensive to Thee. Do not suffer me to judge according to the sight of my eyes, nor to pass sentence according to the hearing of the ears of ignorant men; but to discern with a true judgment between things visible and spiritual, and above all, always to inquire what is the good pleasure of Thy will.
