Who we are
We are an independent, progressive church family growing together in Christ. We are catholic and protestant, women and men, gay and straight, married, partnered, single, and divorced. We welcome everyone to our mass, our sacraments, and our community: No matter who you are, no matter where you are on life’s journey, you are welcome here
Our small congregation (about 20 people each Sunday) is one of the growing number of independent catholic-tradition parishes that welcome and reach out to people traditionally excluded from institutional churches: gays and lesbians, people who are divorced and remarried, couples from mixed religious backgrounds, and those whose spirituality crosses traditional denominational lines. The Independent Catholic movement was begun over 200 years ago by a bishop who believed that the church’s people were more important than its formal institutions. Today our congregation continues this legacy.

Come Lord Jesus!
Lord Jesus, master of both the light and the darkness, send your Holy Spirit upon our preparations for Christmas. We who have so much to do seek quiet spaces to hear your voice each day. We who are anxious over many things look forward to your coming among us. We who are blessed in so many ways long for the complete joy of your kingdom. We whose hearts are heavy seek the joy of your presence. We are your people, walking in darkness, yet seeking the light. To you we say, "Come Lord Jesus!"
