Leader Bio:
"I believe in the Great Mother Goddess and Her consort, the Horned God who together are heaven and earth and all this is both good and evil, light and dark, magnificent and terrible. I believe that I am in them and they are in me, all one with the universe I dedicate my life to honoring this oneness."
Fran was the co-founder and high priestess of the Church of the Three Witches, which offered local Wiccans a place to worship and perform rites of passage, including weddings and funerals. She was not a witch in the pointy-nosed, wart-ridden, Wizard of Oz kind of way, though. She was short and plump and she didn't cackle, she laughed. She didn't worship Satan or flew on a broomstick, and she didn't know how to combine eye of newt and toe of frog to make a charm of powerful trouble.
And yet, because she followed Wicca -- an earth-based polytheistic religion often confused with black magic -- many people assumeed Fran was out to summon the devil and wreak havoc on the world around her. In reality, Fran and other Wiccans are about as close to worshipping Madonna as they are to worshipping Satan.

The Church of the Three Witches History
Fran Toscani, A Wiccan Priestess, Owned And Operated MORGAN'S CAULDRON, A Spiritual Store And Center Dedicated To Following A Western Earth Based Philosophy.
In November, 1998 she opened the Hand of Aries II Morgan's Cauldron. Since then the store had gone through some changes. On January 16, 2001 they moved to their location at 509 S. 6th Street and she shortened the name of the store to just Morgan's Cauldron. The location and name might have changed but not her beliefs. She still wanted a store where people could come to find supplies for their needs and a place where they could come and feel at ease to ask questions and explore the answers.
She also wanted a place where local artists who shared the church's beliefs and reflected these in their work, could have an outlet to show their art.
One of the fringe benefits she enjoyed as the owner, was choosing the inventory for the store. This allows her to pick only the suppliers and their products that she felt represent the best quality of merchandise.
For many years she had been a vegetarian, she had been one off and on since she was 18 (and no you do not need to know how long ago that was). She had 5 cats; "Need" and her two daughters "A" and "C" and her son "B". Her fifth cat (not related to "Need") was "Foxy". She loved dogs but didn'thave one then.
She was a wiccan and co-founder of The Church of The Three Witches, her friend H.Ann Duckworth was the other co-founder. She truly believed in Mother Earth and felt that people were not doing enough to save her. She believed people had to start pulling together before it was too late, and, yes she did believe that one person could make a difference. With this in mind, she wanted to share with people something that she wrote several years ago:
Come to Me all my children, for you are all my children
I am your mother, your sister, your lover
I'm as old as time itself and as young as tomorrow's sunrise
See Me in the blue of the sky and the whitecaps in the seas
For the moon and stars make my crown
I have been known by more names than man can remember and
your offsprings will know Me by many more
Honor Me with every action and thought, for I could not survive if you only call my name when I wear the full moon in my crown
Open up your heart to Me and my delights
Feel Me under your feet as you walk barefooted across the sand, or swim in the ocean
Smell my perfume as you inhale the aroma of my roses and the green grass in the forest
Hear Me hum as you pet one of my feline creatures or
Hear Me sing as the robins chirp in the trees
And most of all , feel my love, when you stop to smile at your fellow sister and brother
And for these moments that I share my being with you, I ask you to show Me honor by not letting my blood become contaminated by oil, by not polluting my lungs with smog and not dirtying my body with tears of sorrow of your fellow man.
For it is through your deeds of honor, your thoughts of love and the calling of my name that I grow strong, and when I am strong, and only then , can you be strong
And if you carry my likeness in your heart and my name on your lips, I promise I will be there when you take your last breath, to guide you to the next plan of our existence together.

Lord, teach me to listen.
The times are noisy and my ears are weary with the thousand raucous sounds which continuously assault them. Give me the spirit of the boy Samuel when he said to Thee, "Speak, for Thy servant heareth." Let me hear Thee speaking in my heart. Let me get used to the sound of Thy voice, that its tones may be familiar when the sounds of earth die away and the only sound will be the music of Thy speaking. Amen.
