Who we are
Tytherington Family Worship Church is an independent evangelical Christian church which was founded at the beginning of 1979 with the existing church building opened in 1993.
There are at present around 200 adult attenders and the weekly congregation consists of all age groups.
The building consists of the main church, a large sports hall, 2 kitchens, 6 other meeting rooms, and toilets.
The church is an independent evangelical church and although it is not allied to a particular denomination, it has close links with the other churches in the town. It belongs to a national organisation called the Evangelical Alliance.
