Steve is a 1982 graduate of Princeton High School, 1986 graduate of Concord College (BSBA – concentration in accounting), and a 2005 graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity).
He grew up in Princeton, WV and worked as a Certified Public Accountant in Princeton for nearly 17 years before going to seminary. Steve has been serving as a pastor in WV since 2005. He and his wife Paula have a grown daughter, April, two horses, two cats and one husky named Kila. Steve enjoys the outdoors and loves to hunt, fish, golf, and travel.

The 9:45 a.m worship service is set in a traditional mode, with robe and vestments, traditional hymns, and music by piano and organ. The service also includes special music by various artists of the Temple music program. It also involves the UMT Celebration Choir and guest artists and instrumentalists from the greater area.
The Place @ 11 a.m.
The 11:00 a.m. worship service takes place within the casual, comfortable setting of The Place, the family ministry center at the back of the campus. This is an informal worship service where you can dress casual, grab a cup of coffee, & grow in your relationship with God and others. You’ll experience modern music, engaging videos, and relevant messages to strengthen you.
