Unity of the Valley is here to help you transform your life through the use of spiritual principles and practices. We believe your life is meant for joy. We are dedicated to helping people grow spiritually in a safe and loving environment. Wherever you are in your journey of faith, you are welcome here. Sacred Meditative Space
Prior to the service, from 10:45 to 11:00 am, the Sanctuary is reserved for quiet reflection and meditation, accompanied by soft music and an occasional guided meditation. Everyone is welcome to join us in this quiet space.
