Kevin & Barbara have been serving in ministry since 1991 when they returned to God and His Church at Hillsborough Assembly of God in Missouri. God opened the doors and they moved to Texas and served for a short time in Bandera then Uvalde and at the South Texas Campground, Hill Country Camp. God again opened doors and they moved back home to northwest Florida. Serving at First Assembly of God in DeFuniak Springs then helping to start Victory Lighthouse. They also serve on the West Florida Royal Ranger District Staff. The Chilcutt's have six boys.
