Who we are
Way of Life Community Church held its first service on April 30, 2006, in Tyrone, Georgia.
Pastors Greg and Denease Mallett believe that serving God should be a "Way of Life."
Pastor Greg is a true Georgian. He has lived in Georgia nearly all his life and currently resides in Fayetteville, Georgia with his wife, Denease, and his two children, Parker and Emily.
Pastors Greg and Denease have been in ministry for over 30 years serving as youth pastors, associate pastors and now as senior pastors. He is committed to talking to people about God and encouraging them to make God their way of life. Pastor Greg is out in the community meeting others, talking with anyone that he meets to find out who they are and if God is a part of their life. Their hearts are for people, often attending events to just sit down and talk about life. Pastor Greg attends town meetings, is involved in several programs in the City of Tyrone, and they motivate the Way of Life congregation to be involved in events taking place in the Tyrone area.
Pastor Greg enjoys cafe time with attendees each Sunday at 10 a.m. He preaches sermons that are practical and quite humorous. Each and every week you can find Pastor Greg walking around the church talking and laughing with people to encourage, bring hope or to share God's Word to help them experience God in a new way in their life. He is devoted to helping people establish great relationships with others and with God. They are dedicated to helping people everywhere be excited about God and God's love for His people by encouraging them to make God their way of life and by finding out what it is that God has for them.
