Who we are
Windsor Park Baptist Church is a member of the Baptist Union of New Zealand and is governed by a team of Elders who are elected at our AGM by those who are formal members of Windsor Park. The Elders are responsible for the overall governance and spiritual oversight of all Windsor Park activities (much like a Board of Trustees governs a school).
We fully acknowledge that Jesus is the primary leader of Windsor Park, but 'on the ground' operations are under the direction of our Senior Pastor (Grant Harris) who leads and empowers a diverse staff team who in turn are empowered to recruit and equip (Ephesians 4:12) teams of volunteers to undertake all the ministry functions of Windsor Park, making us a grass-roots-up organisation.

Meet together at both the 8:30am and the 11:15am service in the Youth Shack (just come to one service - it's kinda the same at both!). We also meet for what we call Tribal Council three times a term on Friday nights, and at regular times for some hang-out time together.
Year 9-13's get together on Wednesday nights @ 7pm, at Windsor Park's evening service on Sunday night @ 6.30pm, and hang out at social events and several camps each year.
Year 9: Fusion. This group is led by Andy & Paula Murray and a great team of young adult leaders.
Year 10: Recess. Mike & Karen Mackay are the team leaders along with some wonderful young adults.
Year 11: Axis. Doug & Megan Read are the team leaders with some of the coolest young adults around.
Year 12: Unite. We chill with team leaders Bruce & Tracey Anderson along with awesome young adult leaders.
Year 13: Zeal. Phil and Ruth Cotton lead this team ably assisted by some quality young adults.
