Pastor Derik Armstrong is our lead pastor at Word of Grace. He and his wife Hollie, have been married since 2001 and have three children; Josiah, Abbigail and Leah.
Pastor Derik is passionate about leadership development, an avid Milwaukee Bucks fan, and motorcycle enthusiast.
Pastor Derik has been in full-time ministry since 2000. He started preaching in his local church's jail ministry at the age of 15 and has been a youth pastor, church planter, worship leader and a lead pastor. He has a passion for helping people realize their potential and leading others to see the truth.
He has his Master's Degree in Ministry from Newburgh Theological Seminary and his Bachelor Degree in Pastoral Leadership.
Along with his ministry experience, Pastor Derik is very involved in developing leaders through his personal blog, Leadvolve. You can visit his blog for leadership articles at www.leadvolve.com
