All Saints History
All Saints Catholic Church as a Community was founded in 1971. Bishop Peter Quinn asked Father Samuel of St Lawrence Parish in Balcatta to celebrate the first Mass which was held at Glendale Primary School in Hamersley on the 18th April of that year. Masses were then celebrated at St Theresa’s Church in Gwelup, until the All Saints Mass Centre was built at Hillwood Avenue in Warwick.
Father Barry Whitely was officially appointed Parish Priest in January 1973.
The All Saints Mass Centre, on Hillwood Avenue in Warwick, officially opened in December 1974. Mass was celebrated there until our present church was built.
Father Barry Whitely left our Parish in May 1984 and Father Patrick Ahern was appointed Parish Priest.
Father Pat managed the building of our present church at 7 Liwara Place in Greenwood, which was officially opened in August 1987.
Father Vincent Conroy, Father Peter Whitely and Father Vinh Dong became Parish Priests of All Saints Church.
At present Father Elver Delicano is the Parish Priest.
