Leader Bio:
Keith is the founding pastor/director of Eighth Avenue Place in Homestead. He is married to Monica and they have two beautiful daughters, Malea and Jessa. Throughout his adolescence, Keith was involved with Homestead Park UMC and transferred to Christ UMC- in Bethel Park while a teenager.
Keith experienced a re‑awakening to God’s love while working at Jumonville for a six-year period and sensed a God’s call to ordained ministry while dean of HOPE Camp working with at-risk youth. In 2008 through 2012, Keith was a volunteer chaplain in Allegheny County Jail, visiting inmates and teaching addiction recovery.
Although in active ministry for 11 years, Keith was ordained an elder in 2011 and has served congregations in McKeesport, Millvale, Aspinwall, and the Steel Valley area. Keith’s passion is to see the reality of Jesus take precedence in people’s lives, leading to community engagement and transformation. It is Keith’s desire to see the body of Christ join together across racial and socio-economic lines and “live out” life together depending upon the Spirit of God.
Keith graduated from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary with both a Master of Divinity and a Master in Sacred Theology degree. He has recently graduated from California University of Pa with Master in Social Work and is a Licensed Social Work in Pennsylvania.

Local outreach & community activities:
At Anne Ashley Community Church we believe we are blessed to be a blessing. Our mission statement is “To know the love of God revealed through Jesus Christ and to make God’s love known.” It is important for us to build up our faith individually as well as a congregation so we can share it with others.
We support several local, regional, and international organizations. We have a strong alliance with Eighth Avenue Place in Homestead. Eighth Avenue Place is a coffee house that seeks to join the Holy Spirit in bringing together God’s people regardless of racial, economic, and denominational lines.
We also are a Bountiful Blessing site. Bountiful Blessings is a program that provides non-perishable items to people in need. They offer a hand up not a hand-out.
We also support Samaritan’s Purse, Operation Christmas Child each year. We pack shoeboxes with school supplies and toys. The shoeboxes are set all over the world. They are also packed with learning material that teach the children who receive the shoeboxes about Jesus.
Another organization we have a strong partnership with is Vine Ministry. Vine Ministry is supporting over 200+ children in school, growing a clinic, and fostering growth in the Christian faith through Vine Church in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
