Thomas Tilford
Thomas grew up serving in the church of the Nazarene. His gradfather was a Nazarene pastor and his family were loyal lay volunteers. Thomas first felt his calling into ministry while serving as a counselor at church camp. As he helped lead students to Christ he realized this is what he wanted to do with the rest of his life. He then attended NNU to help him persue that calling. Thomas graduated from Northwest Nazarene University in 2015 with a degree in youth ministries. His plan is to resume working on a Masters of Divinity through Nazarene Theological Seminary soon.
Kaylee Tilford
Kaylee Tilford grew up in a Nazarene pastor's home, with both of her parents serving in the church. She first felt her call into ministry when she was a Junior in high school and quickly went on to pursue that calling. She attended NNU for both her undergraduate (2012-2016) and graduate programs (2016-2018), studying theology and pastoral ministry with an emphasis in inter-generational ministry.
Thomas and Kaylee met at NNU while they were both studying to become pastors. They were married in 2014 and began working towards a co-pastor ministry calling. After graduation, Thomas and Kaylee moved to Baker City, Oregon and served as co-youth pastors at Baker City Church of the Nazarene until 2022. While there, they welcomed a daughter and son into their family. Then in February of 2022 Thomas and Kaylee answered the call to serve at Arlington Church of the Nazarene and moved with their two children to Arlington, Oregon to serve as our co-lead pastors.

Arlington Church of the Nazarene History
Arlington Church of the Nazarene was organized on February 27, 1921, meeting in the house of one of the members. Looking for a place to meet proved difficult for the new church. They began by renting the Baptist Church for $1 a year and helping with the upkeep of the building. Sometime after this, Mrs. E.B. From, Mr. Sharrard, and Mr. M. Earl Weatherford, the three remaining members of the Baptist congregation, decided to sell the Baptist Church to the Nazarenes for $1. On February 23, 1935, the Arlington Church of the Nazarene was dedicated. This building had served as a continuous place of worship for the Nazarenes since that historic date.
The Church has been a fixture in Arlington for many decades. In this church, people came to meet Jesus. In this church, lives were changed.
