Pastor Chad was raised in a Christian home. He made a profession of faith in Jesus Christ at an early age but received assurance of his salvation at age 11. He married his high school sweetheart Tara in 2003 and God has blessed the two of them with four amazing sons. Mrs. Tara was raised in a Catholic home but made a profession of faith in Jesus Christ at age 9 while attending Pot of Gold youth camp with a family member. However, she was not able to attend a Bible believing church until she was an adult and she received assurance of her salvation at age 21. Pastor Chad and Mrs. Tara have been engaged in many aspects of church ministry since 2008. The Lord brought their family to Beacon Baptist Church in June of 2017 after 9 years of ministry at Central Baptist Church in Denton. On top of being a loving mother and godly helpmeet, Mrs. Tara has worked as a nurse and is currently a Christian school teacher. She also directs our ladies and children's ministries. Pastor Chad and Mrs. Tara are very active in the community and in their free time they love spending time being active outdoors and coaching or watching their boys sports teams.
